Since 1979, when we started out with a simple paper catalog, a touch-tone phone and a modest supply of strings and instruments, our goal has been to provide violinists, violists, cellists & double bass players with a wide selection of strings and accessories at reasonable prices.
Strings
Whether you are a violinist in need of a complete Peter Infeld set, a violist requiring Pirastro Evah Pirazzi Gold strings, or a cellist looking to replace Larsen and Spirocores, chances are that we have the items in stock. You want the newest Warchal Amber cello strings? We have those, too. Our strings are always "fresh," with deliveries arriving several times a week from manufacturer-authorized US importers.

We carry a large selection of rosin, shoulder rests, tuners, endpin rests, cases, bows and more—just about everything you need to outfit your instrument.
String players
Our customers are professional musicians, students, teachers, parents of music students and devoted amateur players.
