Our website can generate a printable invoice for you to fax or mail to us.

  • Complete the online forms and you will generate an invoice which you can print out and send to us via fax or mail.

NOTE: Performance quality and string durability are not guaranteed by the manufacturers, therefore we are unable to replace strings once they have been installed on an instrument. Please examine your strings upon receipt to make sure there are no visible defects. You must notify us immediately if you have any concerns about the merchandise.

RETURNS: All returns must be pre-approved; you must contact us for a return-authorization number.  Returned cases, bows and instruments will be refunded at merchandise price minus a restocking fee.  Other returned items that were shipped free are also subject to a restocking fee.

PACKAGING: Strings not factory packaged will be shipped First Class Mail in a large circle of crushproof plastic tubing in a padded envelope unless otherwise requested.

TERMS: To order send either Check* or Money Order* or Charge to VISA, MasterCard or Discover.  (If possible, we would appreciate a minimum credit card order of $20.00).  *Payable in U.S. Funds.

SCHOOLS AND INSTITUTIONS: A signed official purchase order must be sent. Freight billed at actual shipping cost.
