Artino Pencil Magnet for Music Stand

Great product, no longer looking for my pencil during practice.

Love the pencils! They write well and dark, and the erasers work really well. The red magnet shows up nicely, so the pencil is easy to spot. My only thought is that the magnet part could be a little longer, so it'll maintain a horizontal stance on my Rat Stand. It only has a horizontal piece of metal that the magnet will stick to and it keeps hanging rather off-kilter...the easier to fall or knock off. Good thing I have padded carpeting or the point might've broken off by now.

I love these things, and have given them to my family and all the friends I play with. I use them the regular way with portable metal music stands, but also discovered I could use them with my wooden music stands at home by sticking a small magnetic plate under the lip of the stand.

This little tool is so handy to have on your music stand! It doesn't add much extra weight to your pencil and fits hexagonal pencils as well as round ones. The magnet is quite strong and won't roll around. This is especially great for regular desk and folding stands that don't have a double lip, where you can just attach the pencil to the leg of the stand, instead of the actual desk where the pencil could fall off as you turn pages or you just don't have enough room. Ingenious invention! *Included pencils also write nice and dark on music.
