What types of violin E strings do you offer?

We provide a curated selection of high-quality violin E strings, including renowned brands such as Pirastro, Goldbrokat, Westminster, Hill, Larsen, Jargar & Thomastik. These strings are recognized for their rich sound and exceptional playability, catering to the needs of both amateur and professional musicians.

How can I determine which string is best for my instrument?

Selecting the appropriate string depends on various factors including your playing style, the type of music you perform, and your instrument's characteristics. We recommend considering the tonal qualities and responsiveness of each string type, as well as consulting with a music professional for personalized advice.

What is your return policy for strings and other merchandise?

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, and items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that strings that have been installed cannot be returned. Some items are not eligible for return--for more detailed information, please refer to our return policy. 

How long does shipping take for my order?

Most orders placed before 3 pm (ET) ship the same day. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options for those who require faster delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within the United States only.

What should I do if my order is damaged or missing?

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if there are any damaged items, please contact us immediately. We must be notified within 2 days of the tracked delivery to assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I cancel my order after it has been processed?

Orders that are canceled after processing are subject to a 4% fee due to processing costs incurred. While we will make an effort to honor cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill such requests once the order has been processed.
