The Goldbrokat Premium Steel E string has just arrived from Optima, the German company now manufacturing the well-known Goldbrokat line of strings. Made from a new special steel metal, the sound is brilliant with warmth. The especially smooth surface allows excellent vibration and projection; very durable.

Best out there

I use the 27g. The sound is clear and bright. Better than anything else I’ve ever tried. No need to pay $15 for platinum or gold plating. Even wound isn’t worth it. They don’t improve the sound. They just make the string surface sticky and in-shiftable.

Excellent E String

I use it in a modern violin, this string is great, give on your violin a different sound, the N27 I think is a very good combination. For a long time I used the normal E string Goldbrokat, but in this I find a difference like other technology. Just try it!!
